We are seeking an Appointment Coordinator to join our team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, and supporting our sales teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Prospect Outreach: Make outbound calls, send emails, and use other communication channels to engage potential clients.
- Inbound Call Management: Answer inbound calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and convert incoming leads into appointments.
- Provide accurate information about products or services and ensure callers receive prompt assistance.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition for the sales teams.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure appointments are confirmed and rescheduled if necessary.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital communication tools.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Motivation: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Team Player: Ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative environment.
