Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to support our growing team.

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and journal entries. You will also process invoices, refunds, and credits, and assist with collections.

Maintaining and organizing financial records and documentation is crucial in this role. You must be able to investigate and resolve finance-related support issues, as well as provide excellent customer service to our clients.

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and journal entries
  • Process invoices, refunds, and credits, and assist with collections
  • Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
  • Investigate and resolve finance-related support issues

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or bookkeeping
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Highly organized and dependable with solid time management
  • Proactive problem-solver who can work independently without frequent escalation

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting tools
  • Familiarity with billing platforms (Chargebee, Stripe, Recurly, etc.)
