Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver learning related reports to all stakeholders, ensuring seamless and efficient reporting processes. This role will be responsible for promoting, building, standardizing, and operationalizing Workday Learning Reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily reports requested by the business,
  • Maintain a comprehensive reporting catalog for learning,
  • Participate in global projects, including discovering global needs and preparing global solutions, working on security roles etc.,
  • Support requestors with understanding presented data,

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in Workday report development,
  • Knowledge of dashboard creation in Workday,
  • Experience in introducing automation and improvements in processes,
  • Strong data mindset,
  • Ability to work with complex data,

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Excel, including independently working with pivots and/or queries,
  • ServiceNOW report development knowledge a plus,
  • Ability to collect relevant data to perform meaningful analyses and report,
  • Capacity to clean up and process raw data, correlate different types of data, and recognize patterns,
  • Interpretation of data and analysis leading to improved business decisions or better data quality,
  • Able to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching,
  • Capability to analyze data and draw conclusions,
