About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Accounting Associate to join our team.

This role is responsible for performing day-to-day tasks/activities relevant to General Accounting unit. The successful candidate will ensure all financial records remain updated, correct, and compliant to fulfill report deadlines, business requirements, and internal/external audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day tasks/activities relevant to the General Accounting unit; ensure financial records are updated, correct, and compliant to meet report deadlines and audit requirements.
Requirements:
  • A graduate of Accountancy with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification would be an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in real estate or other related industries, handling various functions in general accounting and tax audit/compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including tax presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in various software applications such as SAP, Smart Sheets, MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, or other accounting software/application.
  • Familiarity with general accounting, tax compliance, and business processes/operations.
  • Detailed-oriented with a high level of integrity, transparency, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
