Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and procedures, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for assisting with audits and compliance, including Sarbanes Oxley, as well as ensuring that all transactions from the general ledger and intercompany accounts are processed correctly.

You will also be responsible for completing reconciliations on time each month, identifying and escalating any major issues, and working with the finance and administration team to resolve reconciliation issues. Additionally, you will participate in projects as needed and ensure that journals are completed on time each month.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger, journal entries, reconciliation, and month-end reporting
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig
  • Must be open to working on an Australian schedule (6 AM - 3 PM)
