Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets to support business objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency.
  • Lead and manage the finance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategy with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement improvements to optimize resource allocation.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in local finance processes and financial software systems.
  • Experience with SOX Compliance & Audit Processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling tools.
