Chief Accountant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Accountant to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial operations.

  • Job Description:

  • Manage the company's financial transactions, including revenues, purchases, expenses, and income.

  • Supervise the accounts payable process, including invoice verification, approval, and payment processing.

  • Monitor the accounts receivable process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers.

  • Review and approve monthly bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of cash balances.

  • Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.

  • Ensure proper recording and accounting of taxes in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related fields.

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.

  • At least 12 years of experience in general accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.

  • Strong technical knowledge of local tax laws and regulations.

  • Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
