Job Description

Additionally, this position involves processing payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions, requiring strong technical proficiency in CRM tools, POS systems, or online platforms.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder (Graduate)
  • Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer-facing roles
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic technical skills, such as CRM tools, POS systems, or online platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
