Role Overview
The Management Associate position plays a pivotal role in supporting senior executives in driving strategic growth initiatives.
This key role entails:
- Developing and overseeing the Enterprise Risk Management framework to ensure comprehensive coverage and mitigation of potential risks.
- Providing critical support during Board Meetings, including researching, conceptualizing, and developing high-level documents and presentation materials.
- Conducting regular research on industry trends, business frameworks, and strategic priorities to inform decision-making.
- Collaborating with senior leaders and departments to facilitate meetings and drive forward-thinking solutions.
Requirements
To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, which is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Audit, Consulting, Risk Management, or Accounting from a reputable firm, preferably a Big 4 organization.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, as well as business analytics tools like PowerBI, SQL, and Tableau.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong emphasis on data-driven insights.
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
