Job Title: Strategic HR Partner
  • A strategic partner to business leaders, focusing on people initiatives that drive organizational growth and sustainability.
  • Collaborates with various teams to implement policies, processes, and problem-solve on people matters.
  • Advise on workforce planning, identifies talent gaps, and develops strategies to meet business needs through recruitment, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Leads performance management initiatives and works with reporting managers to improve employee productivity and address performance gaps.
  • Solves conflicts, facilitates positive employee relations, maintains a good working environment, builds morale, and manages unwanted attrition.
  • Leads change management efforts to ensure seamless transitions on organizational changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in general HR and/or HR business partnering; experience in ecommerce/logistics/warehousing industries is an advantage.
  • Expertise in organizational development and/or employee relations is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Project management and corresponding change management experience.
  • Strong mindset for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
