
Technical Training Specialist

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of technical education and skills training programs. The ideal candidate will have a background in education and training, with experience in developing and delivering training content.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and implementing training programs to meet the needs of industry partners;
- Conducting training sessions and providing feedback to trainees;
- Assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs;
- Maintaining records and reports on training activities and outcomes;
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:
- Develop partnerships with industry stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities;
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement training content;
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to inform training programs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will also have a deep understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in training delivery.
