
Technical Support Specialist

At MCI, we are looking for skilled individuals to join our team as Technical Support Specialists. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home and provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to clients across various industries.
About the Role- You will respond to technical inquiries, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and guide users through step-by-step solutions with patience and professionalism.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Prior call center experience and the ability to multitask and self-manage effectively are also essential.
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, or email to customers experiencing technical issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems efficiently and effectively.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on products, services, and support procedures.
- Ensure timely and effective resolutions to meet customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior call center experience.
- Work-from-home experience.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
