We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL databases and be proficient in T-SQL codes, stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Support Manager, you will work independently and as part of the support team, undertaking a range of technical tasks that arise during the resolution of tickets.
  • You will work on our Support Portal: reviewing incidents, problems, and change requests.
  • Training will be provided in-house, and you will have an opportunity to work with leading-edge technology in blue-chip multinational F&B companies.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of SQL databases
  • Good knowledge of T-SQL codes, stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers
  • Diagnose and address operational data issues
  • Microsoft SQL Management
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good ability to comprehend technical information related to computer software, computer, and network hardware
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Manufacturing (Plus but not required)
  • Base knowledge of manufacturing processes/automation (Food and Beverage Industries)
  • Analytical abilities: Aspentech MES (plus)
