Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular assessments to gauge the effectiveness of our training initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide personalized coaching and feedback to employees to help them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a lead generation, sales, technical support, or customer support context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills, with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with QA processes and procedures, with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
