We are seeking highly skilled customer service professionals to support our business through remote call center initiatives.

Job Description

This role involves handling incoming inquiries, proactively reaching out to existing customers, and promoting new products and services while delivering exceptional service.

Candidates will work on inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues efficiently, researching and retrieving information across systems, documenting interactions accurately, guiding customers through options, following scripts and procedures, protecting customer privacy, escalating complex issues, and staying current with training updates.

A strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for this position.

Candidates must have prior call center experience and reside within a reasonable distance of our office.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
  • At least 2 years of call center experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
