Job Title

A Financial Operations Specialist will collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies, oversee reporting, and ensure compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support project-level accounting, including job costing and preparing work-in-progress schedules.
  • Monitor contract compliance, lien releases, retention, and change order financial tracking.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Promote consolidation and reporting across multiple entities.
Necessary Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in construction ERP/accounting software.
  • Advanced skills in Excel for financial modeling and reporting.
