Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are financial metrics that track a company's progress towards its goals. In the role of Financial Analyst, you will play a critical part in driving business success by analyzing and managing accounts receivable, improving cash flow, and implementing process improvements.

As a key member of the finance team, your primary responsibility will be to review billing statements, provide insightful recommendations to leadership, and develop strategies to enhance critical business metrics such as margin, revenue growth, and cash flow.

  1. Manage accounts receivable effectively, identifying opportunities for process improvements or automation.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risk, improve cash flow, and optimize AR operations.
  3. Provide actionable insights, recommendations, and ad hoc reporting to senior management and executive leadership based on AR analysis.
  4. Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail to interpret financial data, identify trends, and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  5. Exhibit integrity, adaptability, and collaboration, taking ownership of projects while maintaining positive relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or 5+ years of experience in an accounting/finance role, with prior exposure to accounts receivable management or financial analysis preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Experience driving process improvements and leveraging automation or new technologies to increase efficiency.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a passion for organization, collaboration, and seeing tasks through to completion.
