Seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Financial Advisor to spearhead Corporate Solutions activities, offering the freedom to build your own business with Pru Life UK as backing. Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate Relationships: Engage with business owners, founders, and key executives becoming their trusted advisor on critical financial decisions.
  • Design Solutions: Develop and execute complex strategies for succession planning, corporate governance, key person insurance, and employee retirement benefits aligning with clients organizational goals.
  • Lead the Market: Act as a thought leader leveraging expertise to manage complex accounts delivering strategic insights and exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in financial advisory wealth management business consulting or related fields with a focus on corporate or high-net-worth clients.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior executives and business owners.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Deep expertise in finance investments retirement planning and market analysis ability to dissect a business financial structure and identify opportunities for growth and protection.
  • Consulting Acumen: Experience in succession and governance consulting is advantageous understanding family corporations partnerships and large enterprises.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-driven results-oriented with ambition to build and manage a sophisticated book of business nationwide network of business owners is a plus.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Finance Economics Business or related field certifications such as CWP or CFA are highly regarded.
