Product Development Lead

The Product Development Lead plays a critical role in guiding product development from start to finish. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Product Development Lead ensures that the product aligns with business goals and objectives while driving innovation and success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Closely working with stakeholders and Engineering to align product strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Creating and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap that reflects business goals and customer needs.
  • Leveraging customer feedback and user data to identify product opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
  • Collaborating with Engineering and Business Teams to define clear product requirements and specifications.
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks based on changing requirements.
  • Designing and executing A/B tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Embracing agile principles and methodologies to continually improve the product delivery process.
  • Mentoring other Product Owners and team members to enhance their product management skills.
  • Staying up-to-date with product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, including task prioritization and timely product delivery.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
