About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Software Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Android development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning major features and collaborating with designers to deliver high-quality features within the app.
  • Shaping the direction of the Android team and contributing to cross-functional discussions.
  • Ensuring reliability metrics for key features and participating in code reviews.
  • Managing feature releases, providing nightly builds for QA teams, and handling critical issues.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably with Android components.
  • Familiarity with Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, and Dagger 2.
  • Strong understanding of clean architecture, background services, and UI/UX principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and user-centric problem-solving approach.
