Job Overview:

As a seasoned leader in software development, we seek a highly skilled Associate Software Engineering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation through automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts using industry-standard tools such as Tosca.
  • Design and implement comprehensive test strategies to drive continuous improvement and optimize performance.
  • Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices and automation techniques.
  • Evaluate and recommend additional automation tools to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues throughout the development lifecycle, offering effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in test automation, with a focus on Tosca.
  • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end testing methodologies, as well as API testing.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing test strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
