At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Software Leader to guide our team in designing and implementing functional software solutions. Working closely with developers, upper management, and clients, you will define software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects.

You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent organization and problem-solving skills as a developer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, code, test, and manage various applications
  • Collaborate with the engineering team and product team to establish best practices
  • Follow outlined standards of quality related to code and systems
  • Develop automated tests and conduct performance tuning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience working with .NET or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with MS SQL Server and MySQL; knowledge of full software design life cycle
  • Experience working in agile development environment
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
