Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a business development professional to support the launch of our marketing initiatives. This role involves qualifying prospects, educating potential clients about our embedded partnership model, and setting high-quality discovery calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads using a systematic scoring framework
  • Assess prospect infrastructure readiness
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of our embedded partnership model
  • Address common objections related to outsourcing, quality, and communication concerns
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proven ability to conduct consultative conversations and handle objections professionally
  • BPO industry experience strongly preferred
