Job Title:

A Guest Services and Workplace Support Officer is required to provide exceptional customer experience and maintain a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a comfortable and hospitable experience for employees and visitors.
  • Manage visitor information, noticeboards, and correspondence.
  • Anticipate client needs through observation to create memorable experiences.
  • Oversee site cleanliness and direct cleaning staff to ensure spaces are clean and tidy.
  • Provide administrative support to the FM Operations team.
Customer Service Skills:
  • Foster a sense of community and create happiness at work for our team, clients, and guests.
  • Provide authentic, caring, and timely service to internal and external customers.
Visitor Management:
  • Provide personable and efficient visitor registration services.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in managing visitor access through Visitor Management Systems (VMS).
  • Enhance safety and security by managing visitor movement.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Deliver concierge service with local expertise and insider knowledge.
  • Manage transportation requests from visitors and employees.
  • Assist and educate clients to achieve optimization and efficiency for meeting room bookings.
Core Competencies:
  • Ability to meet tight schedules and deliver high-quality work.
  • High level of communication, interpersonal skills, and attitude towards the customer.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of verbal and written English.
Requirements:
  • 4 years' experience in a related professional area.
  • Prior experience in managing meeting room services is an advantage.
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Suite programs.
