Position Summary:The Sales Support Officer provides essential support to brokers by managing inquiries, tracking loan application pipelines, and coordinating broker accreditations to ensure seamless experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to maintain accurate records and timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate holds relevant experience in financial services or customer support, demonstrates proficiency in administrative systems, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Broker Phone Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for broker phone enquiries

  • Assist with general scenario questions, loan progress updates, and issue resolution

  • Provide prompt and clear communication to ensure a positive broker experience

Pipeline Management

  • Monitor and track the status of new and existing loan applications

  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date data is maintained for internal reporting and conversion analysis

  • Follow up with brokers or internal stakeholders to support timely application progression

Brokers Accreditations

  • Manage the broker onboarding process, including collecting documentation and guiding brokers through MA Money's accreditation requirements

  • Liaise with the Distribution team to ensure accreditations are processed efficiently

  • Maintain accurate records of broker statuses and communication

Qualifications:

  • A passion for teamwork and collaboration

  • You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial services / non-bank lending industry

  • Experience managing stakeholders with multiple tasks & deadlines

  • Professional, organised, able to work autonomously

  • Be driven and self-motivated to exceed targets and strive for excellence.

  • You have a high degree of competency in using computer, origination and credit systems and web applications.

  • You have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail with excellent customer service knowledge.
