This role requires meticulous administrative and transactional task management, ensuring high accuracy and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Complete real estate escrow transactions by meeting all requirements.
- Collect and review necessary documents for compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and review CD/HUD forms according to lender instructions, guaranteeing accurate financial calculations and documentation.
- Compile, prepare, and review all closing documents before the deadline to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Calculate prorated taxes and interest for accurate financial disbursements at closing.
- Prepare and distribute checks as part of the closing process, verifying correct fund allocation and distribution.
- Balance and distribute funds to close escrow accounts, ensuring accurate and compliant financial transactions.
In addition to these duties, this position entails adherence to regulatory requirements, ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory standards, and providing exceptional customer service through prompt and professional handling of client inquiries and concerns.
The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of experience in roles such as Escrow Officer, Closing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, or Real Estate Paralegal, along with strong multitasking abilities and a proven track record of efficiently managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
