Real Estate Support Role

A Real Estate Support Professional provides essential administrative and logistical assistance to a real estate agent, broker, or firm. Their duties involve managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating various aspects of property transactions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Greeting clients, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, showings, and open houses.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Creating and designing marketing materials, managing social media, and promoting properties.
  • Administrative Tasks: Preparing contracts, correspondence, and other documents, managing databases, and organizing files.
  • Transaction Support: Assisting with document preparation, coordinating with other parties involved in transactions, and ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Research and Analysis: Conducting market research, analyzing trends, and staying informed about industry regulations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Prioritizing tasks, managing multiple deadlines, and maintaining organization.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, including active listening and the ability to clearly convey information.
