Job Overview

The Digital Building Engineer role involves delivering high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products to clients and partners. This entails working collaboratively to complete onboarding projects, manage timelines and milestones, and ensure timely delivery of Clockworks analytics with high precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products to clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with teams to complete onboarding projects and communicate project timelines and milestones.
  • Conduct data collection and organization activities, including Data Collection Service installation and data discovery.
  • Troubleshoot automated fault detection issues related to customer HVAC equipment.
  • Analyze findings and validate results reported by the software.
  • Provide training and support to customers and partners on data transfer services, data connectivity, and related networking issues.
Requirements:
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
  • Possess strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and partners.
  • Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, or 1–2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Have hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics.
