Job Title: Building Structure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Building Structure Specialist to join our team.

  • This role requires expertise in precise framing takeoffs, blueprint interpretation, and advanced modeling software usage.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. lumber framing norms, 3D modeling software, and blueprint analysis.
  • They must be able to effectively collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with new software tools and processes is essential for this position.
  • A high level of English proficiency, both verbal and written, is required for effective communication within the California-based team.
The Requirements We Are Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction and/or architecture with a focus on framing takeoffs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to various blueprint types.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes in fast-paced settings.
  • Possession of a strong ability to read and analyze construction and structural drawings.
  • Proficiency in blueprint interpretation and 3D modeling software.
