Company Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to lead our IT team in building and implementing real-world automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365 Business Central.

About the Role:

  • Automate business processes with Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop) and build custom applications on Dataverse
  • Partner with accounting teams on Dynamics 365 BC / QBO processes (AP/AR, approvals, bank recs)
  • Mature M365: Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint/Teams governance; DLP for Power Platform
  • Lead and mentor IT Specialists; implement runbooks, SOPs, and a lightweight Center of Excellence

  • 3 production automations saving ≥10 hours/week
  • MFA/Conditional Access baseline; DLP policies for Power Platform
  • BC/QBO automation roadmap + live KPI dashboard

Requirements:

  • Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas/Model driven), Dataverse, SharePoint/Teams integration, API/connectors; player coach leadership
  • Accounting data fluency
  • Nice to have: D365 Business Central (APIs/AL basics), Power BI/DAX, Entra/Intune, Azure, RPA Desktop
