Job Overview:
The Netsuite ERP solutions specialist is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of Netsuite systems. This includes system configuration, customization using SuiteScript, integration with other platforms, and providing technical support and training to users.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement customizations and enhancements to the Netsuite platform using SuiteScript
- Maintain system integrity, including user roles, permissions, and workflows
- Manage integrations between Netsuite and third-party systems
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, saved searches, and KPIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality and performance
- Monitor Netsuite releases and assess impact on current processes and customizations
- Ensure data accuracy and support data migration efforts as needed
- Provide end-user support and training for Netsuite-related processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
