Key Operational and Customer Service Roles

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage key operational and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing orders, shipping coordination, digital access support, billing, payment tracking, bookkeeping, customer support, data management, and general management tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Enter purchase orders into accounting software, maintain accurate records on spreadsheets, and ensure timely filing in a specific format.
  • Shipping Coordination: Communicate with the warehouse to ship orders and update spreadsheets accordingly.
  • Digital Access Support: Send eBook access to customers using designated software.
  • Billing: Process invoices to the Department of Education after order shipment, adhering to specified formats.
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor payments through the Board of Education website and follow up with customers for unpaid invoices.
  • Bookkeeping: Track expenses and income in accounting software.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer emails and inquiries related to orders promptly.
  • Data Management: Conduct data harvesting and maintain organized records.
  • General Management: Support other operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and Spreadsheet Management: Proficient in using accounting software and managing spreadsheets.
  • Attention to Detail and Time Management: Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in Order Processing, Billing, and Data Management: Experience in order processing, billing, and data management is a plus.
