
Community Experience Leader

The role of Community Engagement Manager is a vital position within our organization, responsible for promoting engagement communication strategies to our community and acting as a stakeholder for both member experience and business needs.
As a Community Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that only approved procedures are followed when communicating with contributors. This involves leading, coordinating, and monitoring communication with community members, liaising with technology development, delivery, and marketing departments, and setting and managing community member expectations.
You will be responsible for following sourcing strategy to reach project targets based on past data and research, performing root cause analysis for community escalations, proposing corrective actions, preparing material for presentations regarding community insights for internal and external customers, and implementing strategies for building and maintaining a large, engaged community.
Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and manage goals, participating in the onboarding process for newcomers, and acting as a point of contact for all community engagement processes are also key responsibilities of this role.
Identifying and tracking relevant community KPIs, planning and organizing community satisfaction surveys, converting results into actionable insights, reviewing delivery communication KPIs and workflows, making adjustments as necessary, and completing all other tasks deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor are additional duties of the Community Engagement Manager.
