The Director, Communications will play a crucial role in supporting the Managing Director and leadership by developing and executing strategic communication plans that align with the company's goals and vision. This includes providing counsel on communication strategies, preparing key messages, and ensuring consistent and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

The role involves designing and coordinating company communications aimed at internal audiences to enhance the organization's reputation, promote and build the brand, and foster employee pride and engagement. Additionally, the Director, Communications will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications to support business growth and drive the company's vision forward.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with the company's goals and vision.
  • Provide strategic counsel to the Managing Director and other senior leaders on internal communication strategies and key messaging.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and enable company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on communications projects and systems.
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Manage internal communication channels, including the company intranet, newsletters, and internal social media platforms.
  • Enhance the organization's reputation through strategic communication initiatives.
  • Promote and build the company's brand by creating impactful messaging and campaigns.
  • Lead internal campaigns to support employee engagement, culture, and change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, to develop and execute communication plans for key projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven capability in creating and driving messaging across audiences, geographies, and businesses.
  • Experience in executive communications and advising senior leaders.
  • Strong background in communications management and passion for people development, customer satisfaction, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Experience in creating and coordinating company communications.
  • Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills.

Professional Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communications.
  • Experience in leading communication portfolios for CXO-level leaders across geographies.
  • Proven track record in driving collaborative, consistent, and impactful communication outcomes in dynamic and challenging scenarios.
