
Sales Operations Director

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Review and assist in the preparation of accurate job estimates using Xactimate.
- Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters and other personnel to negotiate claims and collect payments efficiently.
- Support sales team members with strategies for closing deals and resolving customer or insurance-related issues.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on claims and maintain thorough documentation of all interactions.
- Coordinate with project managers and estimators to align project scopes with insurance approvals.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics.
- Xactimate Certification (Level 2 or higher).
- Experience in roofing, construction, or renovation industries.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of sales leadership or management experience.
- Ability to create accurate and detailed project estimates.
- Prior experience managing sales teams in the construction or insurance industries.
- Skilled at negotiating and communicating with insurance personnel to help collect payments promptly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, and target-driven environment.
