
Sales Operations Coordinator

This is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Support Specialist role. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency across day-to-day operations and support team members in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:">Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments to optimize the teams' productivity.
Monitor and respond to emails, manage follow-ups, and draft communications when needed to maintain effective communication channels.
Support the creation of presentations, reports, and sales documentation to facilitate informed decision-making.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and client data to ensure seamless workflow integration.
Assist in lead generation and outreach tasks to foster business growth and development.
Conduct research to support strategic initiatives and client engagements, ensuring timely and relevant insights are provided.
Track project deadlines and follow up on action items to guarantee successful project delivery.
Organize and maintain digital files and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
Coordinate internal communication across teams to promote collaboration and transparency.
Provide general administrative support to executives and the sales department to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo) is a plus.
High level of discretion and confidentiality to protect sensitive information.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines to deliver high-quality results.
