Customer Service Representative Position Overview

We're looking for Representatives who are persuasive, professional, and results-driven. Help customers resolve outstanding balances while maintaining a respectful and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact customers regarding overdue accounts via phone and email.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
  • Update account information and payment statuses.
  • Follow up on broken promises and missed payments.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of all collection activities.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly collection targets.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and dedicated with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, able to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
