Job Title

Executive/Senior Executive, HR and Admin

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist management and line managers with day-to-day administrative activities and human resources operations.
  • Maintain liaison with law enforcement agencies.
  • Write administrative and HR letters and emails; ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Resolve labour compliance issues, employee grievances, and safety concerns.
  • Follow up on regional office rent, utility bills, and other administrative matters.
Requirements

A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR and admin, preferably in the telecom sector.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in general HR, recruitment, compensation, benefits, attendance, leave management, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and conduct HR-related activities across the country.
  • Efficient and quality work delivery, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Hardworking, smart, and honest individual with excellent communication skills.
Education Requirements

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a major in HR or MIS, or a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), from a reputable university.
