About the Role

As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to clients. Your key objectives will be to oversee the management of client relationships, align HR initiatives with business needs, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

This is a full-time remote role that requires you to work closely with clients to understand their HR needs and develop tailored solutions to address these challenges. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to clients on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and employment law
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with clients' business objectives and priorities
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding processes
  • Conduct regular benchmarking exercises to identify best practices in HR and make recommendations for improvement
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR services
Requirements
  • BA degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing complex HR projects and teams, with at least 7 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment
