Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Professional

Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent is a crucial aspect of organizational success. This role plays a vital part in driving success by building a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, inclusivity, and well-being.

This position is responsible for various tasks including talent acquisition, teammate engagement, HR administration, performance development support, and relations with teammates.

  • Talent Acquisition: Coordinate job postings, screen applications, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and facilitate onboarding experiences.
  • Teammate Engagement & Culture Building: Assist in planning recognition programs, team-building activities, cultural celebrations, internal communications, and initiatives promoting inclusivity, wellness, and belonging.
  • HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, assist with timekeeping, leave tracking, benefits coordination, ensure policies are communicated clearly, and support audits and compliance checks.
  • Performance & Development Support: Help coordinate feedback cycles, evaluations, growth conversations, track training participation, and support learning initiatives.
  • Teammate Relations & Support: Be a point of contact for teammate concerns or questions, help mediate minor conflicts, and support exit interviews and offboarding.
Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or teammate engagement is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills with a professional tone.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, applicant tracking tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Creative mindset for crafting engaging messages and event invites.
