Job Summary:
The Senior Solutions Expert is responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to clients by providing expert-level support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and develop effective solutions
- Design, implement and troubleshoot complex solutions using technical expertise
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and project management skills
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their technical knowledge and skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical support and solution delivery
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, XML and XSLT
