About the Role

This part-time position involves collaborating with a marketing manager to create engaging content across various customer-facing channels.

The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing and design skills, be able to take on projects independently, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Responsibilities include handling day-to-day execution of marketing tasks, freeing up time for the marketing manager to focus on strategy and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and seasonal collateral.
  • Design and update catalogues using existing templates or creating new layouts.
  • Produce business cards, email signatures, and uniform artwork.
  • Prepare fleet signage concepts and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Manage website content updates including images, product information, and basic copy changes.
  • Schedule and post social media content.
  • Source promotional gear and merchandise.
  • Liaise with printers and other third parties to ensure smooth production.
  • Perform light photo editing tasks.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a similar field.
  • Strong design skills and proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity Designer/Publisher.
  • Experience creating print-ready artwork for flyers, brochures, and catalogues.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Creative thinker who can contribute ideas and not just execute tasks.
  • Able to work remotely with some overlap in the NZ time zone.
  • Part-time role with potential for growth in hours over time.
