Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and results-driven individual with strong graphic design skills to support our growing marketing efforts.

This role involves developing engaging visual content, maintaining internal and external communication channels, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing assets such as event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, website visuals, and client presentation materials.
  • Manage and update content for internal platforms like the company intranet.
  • Support brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables.
  • Assist with the creation and layout of bid documents, ensuring alignment with submission requirements.
  • Organize and maintain bid-related materials using tools like Ceros.
  • Utilize project management tools to coordinate and track marketing projects and tasks.
  • Maintain databases for photography, case studies, and other marketing content.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills.
  • Experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
