Marketing Campaign Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team. As a marketer, you will play a critical role in helping us revolutionize global talent expansion by connecting businesses with dedicated full-time teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted B2B email campaigns via email marketing tools to drive business growth and engagement.
  • Create high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, proposal materials, pitch decks, and trade show assets that maintain consistent visual branding across all platforms.
  • Manage and update multiple company websites in content management systems to ensure all content is current, visually aligned with brand standards, and optimized for search engines.
  • Grow and engage our online presence on social media channels by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging, value-driven content.
  • Plan and execute initiatives for events, sponsorships, and recruiting efforts to strengthen the company's industry presence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media with industry experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage social media channels, including analytics review and engagement strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong graphic design skills and portfolio requirement demonstrating originality, creativity, and authenticity.
