Visual Content Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Visual Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for a variety of clients and industries.

Your work will involve designing professional graphics and marketing materials, as well as presentations, brand assets, and web visuals. You will collaborate closely with account managers to understand client needs and deliver creative solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually engaging assets including digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, email templates, branding materials, and more
  • Work across multiple client accounts, each with unique brand guidelines, audiences, and project goals
  • Collaborate with account managers to interpret creative briefs, deliver revisions, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Produce high-quality work within quick turnaround times, aligned with industry standards for speed and precision
  • Ensure all deliverables maintain brand consistency and meet client expectations
  • Manage design files and documentation in an organized, efficient manner using cloud tools and project management platforms
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong, diverse portfolio of real-world design work
  • Proficiency in key design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and optionally Figma
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in American English, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently within a structured workflow, with regular input from team leads or account managers
  • Fast learner who can adapt to client industries and brand styles quickly
