Content Strategist Role

We are seeking a skilled Creative Content Specialist to spearhead the development of high-performing ad creatives. This individual will serve as a liaison between our internal design teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers, ensuring a seamless flow of engaging content across various platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes, managing a pipeline of performance-ready assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven track record of producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what drives conversions
  • Excellent project management skills, comfortable handling multiple creative streams simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
