
World Class Customer Experience Representative

Our approach focuses on providing thoughtful, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards. We believe in addressing customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities- We handle customer inquiries and provide support with orders, shipping, product details, and returns.
- We work closely with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for this role.
- We require at least 1 year of online/remote customer service experience and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus but not necessary.
- We're looking for adaptable and solutions-oriented individuals who can thrive in a remote work environment.
