Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Representative to join our team. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our users and clients.

Your primary role will be to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that users encounter while using our platform.

You will also be required to leverage new technology to build processes that enhance efficiency and develop self-service opportunities for a seamless, first-class customer experience.

In this role, you will work closely with technical and development teams to resolve platform-related problems and provide timely and accurate customer feedback.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid knowledge of the product and common issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot user-reported bugs/issues encountered while using the platform.
  • Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities.
  • Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously and provide timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with technical and development teams to resolve platform-related problems.

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of the product and common issues that arise.
