Expert Workday Benefits Professional

This role requires deep expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with a focus on U.S. benefits configuration and implementation.
You will work closely with deployment teams to gather and document client business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, and assist in testing and knowledge transfer.
The ideal candidate will have current Workday Benefits Certification, 4+ years of experience in configuring and implementing HCM/Benefits solutions, and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Key Expectations- Provide expert guidance in Workday HCM product suite, with a deep understanding of U.S. benefits
- Lead deployment team or coach others to successfully gather and document client business requirements, design and configure Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer
- Work collaboratively with clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices
- Maintain ongoing satisfaction, ensuring successful project outcomes
- Provide regular status reports to project managers, keeping them apprised of overall project progress
- Develop innovative approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
