Expert Workday Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled consultant to provide strategic support to our clients by delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions.

  • Expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with deep experience in U.S. Benefits
  • Lead deployments, or coach others to successfully gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer
  • Work with data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday
  • Assist integration consulting teams in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge

The ideal candidate will possess current Workday Benefits Certification, 4+ years configuring and implementing HCM/Benefits Solutions, and relevant qualifications outlined below.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Workday Benefits Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing HCM/Benefits Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company
  • Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: HCM/Benefits
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
